Nice Apartment located at the heart of Berlins fastest changing district Kreuzkölln. I felt very welcome and comfortable at this nice place and Florian has an eye for details which make the stay at the apartment very pleasant. Flo is extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to bring over some infant items to make our daughters stay more pleasant. The apartment is fantastic. Super clean, nice little neighborhood, close to the Hermanplatz station. I highly recommend booking your stay with Flo. Only warning; be ready to hike up some stairs.

Some of the best sleep I got in Berlin was in the bed in this apartment. Location, design, layout, spaciousness, and overall comfort was absolutely excellent. The only things that this apartment pales in comparison to is Florian himself. His communication, kindness, and style was stellar. I hope there is a next time.

The perfect apartment for a long stay in Berlin. I spent three months at Weserstr. 208 near Reuterplatz and I couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Neukölln. Clean, light, airy and quiet. I’ll definitely book the apartment for my next stay in Berlin.

Wir waren neun Wochen hier. Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mitten im Kiez. Der Bäcker links, die Pizzeria rechts und einfach coole Gegend. Alles was man braucht zum Wohlfühlen hier und die Zigarette am Abend auf dem Balkon und das Leben ist gut…. Sehr zu empfehlen!
